SERVICES
Cunningham Chiropractic's care is about more than just making the pain disappear. It is about learning, understanding, and taking care of your body. We offer many services to help improve your quality of life.

ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is based on the theory that energy, or qi (pronounced "chee"), flows through our bodies in various pathways called meridians. When the qi flows smoothly, we enjoy good health and vitality. When there is a disruption in the flow, we experience pain, dysfunction, or illness.

We evaluate and support our patients for functional illnesses, disease, and dysfunction due to nutritional deficiences or imbalances. We firmly believe that the majority of disease and illness can be managed with proper nutrition through both diet and supplementation. We provide only the best whole food supplements and herbs, as well as dietary advice and education to allow our patients to reach their full wellness potential.

ULTRASOUND
Ultrasound is a therapy that is utilized in the office to handle injuries related to joints, muscle spasms, as well as most soft tissues. While it shares the same name, this ultrasound is not the same as the type of ultrasound utilized diagnostically to screen internally in the body. This ultrasound creates small sound waves that in effect vibrate and massage soft tissues and muscle. These sound waves do an excellent job in facilitating the body's healing process in addition to decreasing scar tissue formation.
SPECIALTY SERVICES

CUPPING MASSAGE
Massage Cupping is an adaption of ancient technique and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Glass or plastic cups along with vacuum pump create a negative pressure on the skin's surface. Cups are then moved using various techniques while gently pulling up.
The cups can also be left on a particular area for short duration to facilitate joint mobilization or soft tissue release. Suction reaches deep into soft tissue, attachments and organs. Toxins, inflammation, blood and lymph are then pulled to the skins surface. Healing is promoted by loosening soft and connective tissue.
